- Return Window: 30 days from delivery
- Refund Processing: Up to 10 days after we receive your return
- No restocking fees
- Return Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping costs
You’ve got 30 whole days from delivery to send things back to us. Items need to be in their original, unused condition with all tags still attached. After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t accept returns. Our return policy is subject to Terms of Service.
How to Make a Return
- Reach Out: Email us at [email protected] for a return form and address. (We check our inbox religiously—almost as often as we check Goodreads!)
- Pack It Up: Tuck everything back in the original packaging
- Ship It Back: Send it our way using your preferred shipping method.
- Get Your Money Back: Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange faster than we devour the latest book club selection!
A Few More Details
Refunds take up to 10 days to process after we’ve received your return. We’ll send you a confirmation email, and the money will go back to your original payment method (so you can spend it on more books—we won’t judge!).
What Can’t Be Returned? Items showing signs of love and wear can’t be returned. If you’ve dog-eared pages or left coffee rings (we’ve ALL been there!), unfortunately we can’t take those back.
